The Rani Mahal in Jodhpur is a very special place. It is centrally situated. The interiors are beautiful and reflect a bygone era of handpainted details on the walls and ceilings with carved wooden doors and windows. On top of the hotel is a beautiful blue terrace reminiscent of the Blue city, with colorful flower pots and creepers, boasting stunning views of one of the oldest fords in India. But the owner Nisha is truly the hart and soul of this place. From eight in the morning till eleven at night she personally oversees every detail with the help of her daughter and very friendly staff. A true gem.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the warm hospitality extended by Nisha, the owner, to the awe-inspiring beauty of the 450-year-old building, every moment was a delight. The proximity to Mehrangarh Fort made exploring easy, and the reasonable pricing made it even more appealing. The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness and dedication of the staff and owner, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Highly recommended!

Greeted by the owner, Nisha on arrival at this magnificent heritage hotel which is well located and within easy walking distance of most attractions. Roof top is set against the backdrop of the fort and we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The restaurant doesn’t have an extensive foot menu and the only alcohol served is beer, that said, the quality of food was good and staff were friendly and polite. Highly recommend as a great place to stay.

The property is stunning, and though we initially booked it for two days, a family tragedy cut our stay short to just one day. Two days before our booking, we requested a cancellation and potential refund, but the staff we spoke to denied our request outright. However, upon reaching the property, we unexpectedly encountered Nisha ji, the owner, who attentively listened to our situation and, to our delight, graciously waived off charges for the second day. Thank you so much to Nisha ji. I highly recommend this property as everything is at walkable distance.

Had a wonderful stay. Very close by to all the Hotspots. The rooms are comfortable, however washrooms could have better. Food was excellent. The staff was also very sweet, however, could have been a little more proactive in terms of speed of delivery.

We had a wonderful time at Rani Mahal! Staff was very attentive and friendly. We attended the cookery course, which was held in English, took over two hours, and was super fun! We learnt a variety of new dishes from the experienced team and enjoyed them on the roof terrace with a stunning view of the Jodhpur Fort. Fully recommended for a stay in the blue city!

Absolutely fabulous stay. The hotel is amazing and full of character being a near 500 year old building. The food and the staff were amazing and the owners were an absolute delight. Definitely worth a stay if you're in Jodhpur.
